In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil and the entire sachet of Tandoori Blend until evenly coated. Add salt to taste.

Spread the seasoned cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

Roast for 25-30 minutes, tossing halfway through, until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown with crispy edges.
